Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS!
- Share the title and author so that other TT participating can add book to their to TBR Lists if they like your teaser!
This week, I am just started Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake.
Teaser sentences: "I can feel her there, mingled into the mud of a hundred other ghosts, some shuffling and harmless, others full of rage. I can't imagine what it is to be dead; it's a strange idea to me, having known so many ghosts."
And with that--I want to go read!

Eloryn swallowed. The very man who knew her appearance and her connection to Alwar, the men who were hunting for her, were right here, and could call the dragon to them aat any moment.
Memory's Wake by Selina Fench
In fact, when you stand up and brush the mulch from your back, you discover glass littering the earth around you. The trees, in their supernatural growth spurt, have pierced the roof of the structure, with no intentions of stopping there.

And now I want to start doing Teaser Tuesday! There are so many of these posts, and it's really fun! :D
ladonna--Interesting! Sounds like an interesting fantasy novel. I'll recommend it to my alpha--she's obsessed with dragons!
J--It is fun. I miss posting some Tuesdays, but I love seeing the variety of books that everyone is reading!
Love the cover and the teaser! I'm reading Watching Willow Watts by Talli Roland...
Jay examined it carefully, noting the lack of a wedding band. Not that it had stopped him before, but he preferred women to be at his beck and call.
Great teaser. I've seen this cover before, and want to read it.
Oh wow. That was fantastic! Makes me really want to read it now.
Jemi--Intriguing. I'm wondering if Jay is the MC or a secondary. Feels very MC from the sentence--what an interesting head to be in!
Jenny--I admit the cover is part of the reason I picked it up.
Christine--Me too!
